Terms and Agreement

By engaging with our consulting services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Non-Binding Agreement

Our consulting services operate on a month-to-month basis with no long-term contract obligations. Either party may choose to end the consulting relationship at any time, for any reason, with no penalties.

2. Service Scope

All consulting services provided will be discussed and agreed upon in advance with the understanding this is a collaborative engagement and requires both parties to agree on and contribute to deliverables, timelines, and project scopes of work.

3. Payment Terms

Consulting fees are billed on a recurring monthly basis, with payment due upon receipt of invoice, and clients will be set up for automatic billing through Stripe. Failure to remit payment may result in suspension or termination of services.

4. Client Opt-Out

Clients may opt out of ongoing consulting services at any time. To discontinue services for the upcoming month, please provide advance notice at least one week before the next billing cycle begins.

5. Confidentiality

All client information and materials shared during the consulting relationship will remain confidential and will not be shared with third parties without written consent, unless required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

Any intellectual property created by the consultant during the engagement remains the property of the client, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

7. No Guarantee of Results

While we strive to provide high-value, results-oriented consulting, outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Success depends on numerous variables beyond our control, including but not limited to client participation, contribution, and implementation as well as market conditions.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may result from the consulting services provided. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the month in which the issue occurred.
